Who is Navesink Mortgage Services?

Our new product name is AppSolute Payments which is part of the LoanBeam portfolio and owned by Navesink Mortgage Services LLC (NMS). Your payments are now processed through NMS.

What does this payment represent?

This payment is for appraisal (or other) services rendered on the date(s) specified in the attachment to this email.

What is Trace ID? What is Settled Amount? What is Remitted Amount?

Trace ID is generated by the US banking system. If needed, the Trace ID can be provided to the payor’s bank to locate a payment. Settlement is usually the amount of the transaction processed through the payee’s credit card. Remitted Amount is the money paid to you minus any fees associated with the transaction.

In the attachment, what is Tracking No? What is Transaction ID*? What is Loan Number**?

Tracking No is what we use internally to uniquely identify a transaction.

* Transaction ID can be used by the lender and our technology partners to do the same. Refers to 1.0 implementation only.
** Loan Number can be used by the lender and our technology partners to do the same. Refers to 2.0 implementation only.
